Funeral Notice for Carrie Jane Nicholson Yarbrough:
Mrs. Carrie Jane Yarbrough, 78, an Atlanta resident for 40 years, died Thursday at her home, 1128 Lucile Ave., S.W. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3:30 P.M. at the chapel of J. Austin Dillon. The Rev. J. Edward Nowlin will officiate, with burial in Westview Cemetery. She was the window of J. D. Yarbrough and was a member of West End Church of Christ. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. W. R. Meyer and Mrs. G. E. Denham, both of Atlanta, and Mrs. N. H. Perner, East Point; three sons, Lon, W. D. and L. T. Yarbrough, all of Atlanta; nine grand-children and seven great-grand-children.
The second Funeral notice was as follows:
Yarbrough - The friends of Mrs. Carrie Jane Yarbrough, Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Meyer, Mr. and Mrs. G. E. Denham, Mr. and Mrs. N. H. Perner of East Point, GA.; Mr. and Mrs. Long Yarbrough, Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Yarbrough, Mr. and Mrs. L. T. Yarbrough; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren are invited to attend the funeral of Mrs. Carrie Jane Yarbrough Sunday, July 27, 1952, at 3:30 P.M. from Dillion's Chapel. Rev. J. Edward Nowlin will officiate. Interment, Westview Cemetery. The following gentlemen will please act as pallbearers and assemble at the chapel at 3:15 P.M.: Messer: P. T. Carroll, R. W. Youngblood, G. l. Denham, L. E. Saunders, O. T. Scott and W. H. Roberts. J. Austin Dillon Co.
