  Notes for Joe HARRIS: Fact 1: Photographer Occupation: 1918, Weaver at Dallas Cotton Mills Physical description: 1918, Blue eyes, sandy hair, medium height and slender build Residence: 1918, Dallas, TX When Joe and his wife, Ida, separated, Joe kept their children Earl and Velma who were reared by their grandmother (? Huggins). In 1931 Joe was paralyzed in a hospital in Chattanooga. When he died, relatives in Dalton were called about the funeral. None could undertake the cost.
