  In an email, dated 26-Sep-2013, from LaDonna Haltom Fuqua, 2nd Great Granddaughter of James Lane Halton (1824-1890) she states that she has ". . .never seen her name recorded as Elizabeth, only Eliza. They named the next daughter Sarah Elizabeth, so I tend to stick with Eliza also." Therefore, we will list Eliza as the primary name.
