1st I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and christian like manner, suitable to my circumstances in life. 2nd
I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid, if there be any debts, without unnecessary delay, by my executor 3rd I give bequeath and devise to my son JAMES M WOOD all of my interest in the tract of land known as the "Jeff Ray" 4th I give and bequeath to my son JAMES M WOOD all of the household and kitchen furniture and all the personal property 5th The purpose and intention of this my last Will and Testament, is to give to my son JAMES M WOOD all the property, both 6Th I desire that my daughter ALICE DUNAGAN have the sum of one hundred ($100) dollars in money out of my estate as soon 7th I hereby constitute and appoint my son JAMES M WOOD executor of this my last Will and Testament. This May 11th 1910.
