Will of NANCY WOOD

Georgia, Jackson County

I, NANCY WOOD, of said state and county being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others, by me heretofore made.

1st

I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and christian like manner, suitable to my circumstances in life.

2nd

I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid, if there be any debts, without unnecessary delay, by my executor
hereinafter named and appointed.

3rd

I give bequeath and devise to my son JAMES M WOOD all of my interest in the tract of land known as the "Jeff Ray"
place, with all the rights members and apportenance to the said land in any wise belonging, free from all charge and
limitation whatever, to his own proper use benefit and belong forever, with full power to dispose of the same by will
or otherwise as he may deem proper.

4th

I give and bequeath to my son JAMES M WOOD all of the household and kitchen furniture and all the personal property
which I may die possessed of.

5th

The purpose and intention of this my last Will and Testament, is to give to my son JAMES M WOOD all the property, both
real and personal of which I may die seized and possessed, to be in his in as full and complete a manner as I posessed
it, and to be used by him as he sees fit and proper with the following execptions.

6Th

I desire that my daughter ALICE DUNAGAN have the sum of one hundred ($100) dollars in money out of my estate as soon
after my death as my executor can reasonably pay it. This is all that I desire my said daughter ALICE DUNAGAN to have,
as when she gets this amount she will have received as much as my other children, and they have received as much as I
expect them to have.

7th

I hereby constitute and appoint my son JAMES M WOOD executor of this my last Will and Testament. This May 11th 1910.

Signed, sealed, declared and published by NANCY WOOD as her last Will and Testament, in the presence of us the under-
signed, who subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said testator after she hat signed her name thereto, and at
her special instance and request and in the presence of each other. This 11th Day of May 1910.
