Headstone: Hilah Wood (1820-1855)
Daughter of Jones Kendrick Wood and Ruth Dunn Loftin:
Inscription reads: (hard to read the rest but I think it says)
She died the death of a Christian and
Is now in heaven.
The reason I am guessing this is because her father wrote the following after her death:
“She lived a harmless peacible life and died the death of a Christian and is now in heaven without any doubt”. reference William 'Bill' Penn Wood, III.
