Penuel Wood Land Transaction

Know ye, that for and in consideration of five shillings and ten pence, sterling money, paid by PENUEL WOOD into the treasury for the use of this state, we have granted, and by these presents do grant unto the said PENUEL WOOD his heirs and assigns, a plantation or tract of land, containing one hundred and twenty four acres, surveyed for him the 20th of November 1788,
